What hurts

In truth, what hurts is clinging to our vision of people around us and not accepting that they - just as we - have right to change.

In order to feel joy you have to concentrate on what you appreciate about what surrounds you.

If you're in discomfort, ask yourself "What do I want? What are positive aspects of this situation?" This simple questions deflect your thoughts from what you don't want and direct them toward what you do want.

Keep asking that questions and look for the answer every time you feel dissatisfaction and in a short while your life will take a sharp turn toward better future - for what you concentrate on is what you get.
