Poczucie własnej wartości. Your self worth

A można to zrobić prosto i skutecznie. Jak? Kontrintuicyjnie. - Rezygnując z działań skierowanych na podniesienie własnej wartości, a wątpliwości spalając w działaniu - jakimkolwiek, beznamiętnym. Obserwuj siebie i jeśli tylko zauważysz że próbujesz podnieść swoją ważność, przestań - i rób swoje - więcej słuchając niż mówiąc. - Żądasz zainteresowania sobą? Przestań i rób swoje. - Chcesz szacunku? Przestań i rób swoje. - Udowadniasz swoją rację? Przestań i rób swoje. - Obrażasz się? Przestań i rób swoje. - Bronisz się? Przestań i rób swoje. - Usprawiedliwiasz się? Przestań i rób swoje. - Wdajesz się w konflikty? Przestań i rób swoje. - Przejawiasz pychę? Przestań i rób swoje. - Okazujesz lekceważenie? Przestań i rób swoje. - Próbujesz przewodzić dyskusji? Przestań i rób swoje. - Próbujesz poniżać innych? Przestań i rób swoje. - Podkreślasz czyjeś wady? Przestań i rób swoje. - Eksponujesz swoje zalety? Przestań i rób swoje. - itd., itp. Z kolei wyczuje to twój umysł i w obliczu dowodów z otoczenia sam uzna swoją ważność. I osiągasz, a to dodatkowo podnosi twoją pewność siebie ;) I find that the biggest amount of energy is wasted on putting a facade, defending your feeling of worthiness. "How would people react to that? What they will think?" We are tamed from our childhood, and what people around us concentrate the most is what they perceive as wrong. "You do good a hundred times, no one will notice, you'll do bad one time, they won't stop screaming at you". As such we are concentrated on predicting what bad can happen, we await and dread its coming, and try all things to avoid it, or prepare mentally to weather it. The "amoral" people are those who don't give a flying fuck about what others think, and doing so save enormous amounts of energy, that either propels them forward or into a dumpster. The thing is, we all want to feel important, but all our efforts to impress other people misfire and cause reverse effects - precisely because we know we are not worthy and our efforts are awkward and unsure, and our surroundings feels that and deride it. But there is a very effective, though counterintuitive method for that. You need to find yourself something to strive for, and do it - slowly and meekly but surely as I wrote earlier, and stop trying to impress people. First effect is that your worries disappear when your mind is busy doing something, and second part is to employ your mind to spot all the moments when you are trying to pump up your worthiness - and when you spot it, to stop it immediately and go back to doing your project. - You demand interest in you? Stop and do your stuff. - You want respect? Stop and do your stuff. - You want to prove you're right? Stop and do your stuff. - You take offense? Stop and do your stuff. - You defend yourself? Stop and do your stuff. - You justify yourself? Stop and do your stuff. - You engage in conflicts? Stop and do your stuff. - You show pride? Stop and do your stuff. - You hold someone in disregard? Stop and do your stuff. - You try to lead the discussion? Stop and do your stuff. - Yu try to humiliate others? Stop and do your stuff. - You emphasize someone's faults? Stop and do your stuff. - You expose your virtues? Stop and do your stuff. - etc. If, systematically, you'll extinguish all those efforts to pump up your worthiness, your surrounding will subconsciously notice that - "he doesn't defend his worthiness because it is not necessary - he is worthy" - and they will treat you accordingly. In its turn the mind, noticing that people treat you with respect will assume that you are worthy. When you yourself know you are worthy, your surroundings immediately agrees with you. And so, resigning, you receive.
